Aromatic cocktail with melon and ouzo
Ingredients• 5 cups melon, cut into cubes
• 150ml Ouzo
• 90 ml fresh lemon juice
• 90 ml syrup (Golden Syrup ή Καραμέλα)
• crushed ice
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish
• Melt the melon in a blender. Drain into a fine strainer and then clean foams and small pieces from thejuice. Put ouzo, lemon juice and syrup with the juice melon and toss. Fill your glass with ice and serve there your cocktail. Garnish with mint leaves crushed to make perfume or small melon slices and serve.
Zucchini with Ouzo
Materials




• 1 shot of ouzo
• 1 tbs marathosporo
• 4 fresh onions
• ½ cup. grated gruyere
• 1 mats. dill
• 1 mats. mint
• 1 leg. garlic
• 1 egg
• flour
• Salt - Pepper
• Olive & sunflowe for frying
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze to leave all their liquids. In a bowl mix the grated zucchini with chopped onions, the crushed fennel seeds, ouzo, garlic, egg, cheese, mint and dill chopped. Add salt and pepper and add flour as getting to have a mix that is not too tight, just to hold the material together. Fry in a mixture of olive oil and sunflower oil, drain on paper towels and serve.
